Never have I had such surly rude service as at the Bayswater store from I believe the Female manager S". I thought she must have been having a bad day but no the next and last time I went in it was the same not only to me but I witnessed the same service to an elderly couple. The technitions helping were delightful... I will be spending my NDIS money elsewhere. Want to rate O stars but wont let me post."

Bought online through the website. Didn’t receive any confirmation or receipt. Had to call to ask if my order was received (which it was). Mentioned I hadn’t received order confirmation or anything but they weren’t that interested. Thought the order confirmation and receipt may have come with the delivery but there was nothing. Then had to call a couple of times to see when it was being delivered. Then received a text 3 weeks after my purchase was delivered to say it had been shipped!

Got mums lift up chair from here .Plus a few other items to make life easier .Great selection of walkers, gophers, electric beds , rails and bathroom or toilet accessories.They deliver and set up the chair for you .Helpful and knowledgeable staff to assist you .Reasonably easy to , we had to go past and come back as its just off the Tonkin on Guildford Rd and there's islands and no U turns.Been there 3 times and always got parking .

From start to finish it was extremely efficient, pleasant, everyone was informed and friendly, solutions were found for supply time issues (our company not Unicare!). There was a small difficulty with one product, however one call and discussion with Michelle and everything was fixed within one hour, and a replacement model was delivered the next day. I cannot recommend the product highly enough, let alone the outstanding customer care and focus during the procurement.
