From start to finish it was extremely efficient, pleasant, everyone was informed and friendly, solutions were found for supply time issues (our company not Unicare!). There was a small difficulty with one product, however one call and discussion with Michelle and everything was fixed within one hour, and a replacement model was delivered the next day. I cannot recommend the product highly enough, let alone the outstanding customer care and focus during the procurement.

Timely delivery of items by Luke on the day. Unfortunately we were delayed arriving home to receive the products. Luke was patient to wait in his truck under the hot weather for us. Really appreciate the kind gesture. Very courteous and professional. Keep up the good work.

Australian Professional Skills Institute would like to thank the amazing staff from Unicare for their professional and friendly training for our Aged Care and Community Care students. Our students always have a fantastic day learning about all of the equipment they will be using in their role as support carers, and best practice techniques for care support. The education provided by Unicare is instrumental to our students having a clear understanding of the range and importance of adaptive equipment used in the Community Services arena. I highly recommend Unicare as a first point of call for all training needs and exposure to an extensive range of equipment.
